Judging the Judiciary: Osman Kavala's detention without indictment

Businessperson and human rights activist Kavala was arrested and detained on November 1st, 2017 in the context of the investigation on the coup attempt. The indictment is still not prepared. Nobody is informed what he is accused for since there is a confidentiality decision concerning his file. He represents a certain example of how the judicial practice and detention became a punishment mechanism in Turkey. We tried and gave our verdict for all the lawlessness and illegitimacy in that period.
