A lawsuit has been opened against 46 people, who has made criminal complaints against themselves at Kuşadası Chief Public Prosecutors Office by saying, if wanting peace is a crime, we take part in this crime as well as a reaction to President Erdoğan, who has targeted the academics after they have signed the notice, titled, We Will Not Take Part In This Crime.
In the indictment of the case at Söke 2nd High Criminal Court, the Prosecutors Office has defended that the notice of the academics has been published upon the order of PKK, while further claiming that the suspects have committed the crime of making terrorist organization propaganda by supporting the notice. The first hearing of the case will be held on 19 October 2016 at 09:30.
