The second Gathering was held on November 2000 with 18 guests from 9 countries, when three political party leaders were sentenced to imprisonment and 77.663 people published a book to participate their crimes! In the second Gathering, a call was made by six representatives of participating international NGOs, (HRW, Society for Threatened Peoples, PEN, Article 19, Pax Christi) to other NGOs around the world for the annual meetings to be held.
