Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office started an investigation against the social media posts made with the hashtag “Help Turkey.” In the statement made by the Prosecutor’s Office, it was claimed that “a denigration of the government was attempted.” Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu announced that 3,246 content were identified in operations against the social media posts made on the wildfires, and that legal actions were taken against 172 social media users so far.
