A law was enacted on July 1 that required a certificate for tobacco trading and predicted imprisonment in case of violation. Tobacco traders in Adıyaman have protested against the enacted law. After the traders’ protest, at least 50 of them were detained with a police raid organised at their homes early in the morning.
